Adults: Take 1 Lozenge daily with either breakfast or lunch unless otherwise specified by your physician. Some find it energizing so we suggest taking it with breakfast or lunch. It is optimal to let it dissolve under your tongue, however you may chew or swallow the tablet as long as your digestion and absorption is working well. For the elderly it is best to dissolve under the tongue. The tablet may be cracked with the teeth to speed the dissolving of it under the tongue. If the response is inadequate after 1-2 weeks, you may increase dosage to to 2 per day for 1-2 months and then dropped back to 1 per day after that.
